Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or no show leaves a hole in the lash artist's day that could have been filled with another client. As such, we require 48hr notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. A charge or invoice of 50-100% of the service will processed if client does not give proper notice. Please make sure to read all info when booking an appointment to avoid any confusion.
